*Phones & tablets.
We offer next working day delivery by courier for all phones and tablets for online orders placed before 4pm. Online orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days.
SIMs, dongles & MiFi®.
These are delivered within 3-5 working days. You don’t need to wait in to sign for these.
Next day delivery is for online orders only. Courier deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm (we don't deliver on weekends). You’ll need to be in to sign for your item. If you've pre-ordered a device you may have to wait slightly longer for your delivery, but we'll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your pre-order. Return any new and unused Pay As You Go phone, Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband device (including Starter Kits) or accessories for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. We can also refund Pay As You Go Top-up vouchers.

We offer all-you-can-eat data on all our Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go phone plans (except Essential Internet 250, dongle & MiFi plans), so you never have to worry about a surprise data bill again. If you've opted for a price plan without all-you-can-eat data, we'll send a message to let you know if you're about to go over your limit.
