We offer next working day delivery by courier (unless otherwise for stated) on all phones, tablets and MiFi® for online orders placed before 4pm. Online orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days.
SIMs & dongles.
These are delivered within 3-5 working days. You don’t need to wait in to sign for these.
Next day delivery is for online orders only. Courier deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm (we don't deliver on weekends). You’ll need to be in to sign for your item. Due to the current weather conditions affecting most of the UK, there may be a delay in getting your order to you. Please rest assured that we’ll do our best to hurry things along as quickly as we can. If you've pre-ordered a device you may have to wait slightly longer for your delivery, but we'll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your pre-order. Return any new and unused Pay As You Go phone, Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband device (including Starter Kits) or accessories for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. We can also refund Pay As You Go Top-up vouchers.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange your Device for a different make or model, a charge will be applied as set out in our Price Guide.

Extended Christmas return period
If you buy a pay as you go device or bundle from us as a Christmas gift for someone, we’ll give you some additional time to return it for a refund or exchange. This will apply to purchases made between 9th November and 24th December (inclusive) and it can be returned before or up to Thursday 9th January 2020.
We offer all-you-can-eat data on all our Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go phone plans (except Essential Internet 250, dongle & MiFi plans), so you never have to worry about a surprise data bill again. If you've opted for a price plan without all-you-can-eat data, we'll send a message to let you know if you're about to go over your limit.
