We offer next working day courier delivery on all phones, tablets and broadband devices ordered before 20:00. Orders placed after 20:00 will be delivered in 2 working days. Deliveries take place between 09:00 and 18:00 but we don’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

SIMs and Broadband devices

These are delivered in 3-5 working days.

Pre-orders

If you’ve pre-ordered a device you may have to wait slightly longer for your delivery, but we’ll give you an estimated date when you place your pre-order. You’ll find more delivery info on our About Delivery page.

Returns period.

Return any new and unused Pay As You Go phone, Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband device (including Starter Kits) or accessories for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. We can also refund Pay As You Go Top-up vouchers.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange your Device for a different make or model, a charge will be applied as set out in our Price Guide.

Extended Christmas return period

If you buy a pay as you go device or bundle from us as a Christmas gift for someone, we’ll give you some additional time to return it for a refund or exchange. This will apply to purchases made between 9th November and 24th December (inclusive) and it can be returned before or up to Thursday 9th January 2020.

No surprise data bills.

We offer all-you-can-eat data on all our Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go phone plans (except Essential Internet 250, dongle & MiFi plans), so you never have to worry about a surprise data bill again. If you've opted for a price plan without all-you-can-eat data, we'll send a message to let you know if you're about to go over your limit.
